Creating a Loop Reflect learning portfolio assignment
Loop Reflect is a learning portfolio platform available to all DCU students and faculty from this month. The online portfolio makes a students achievements and learning visible through the creation of a personalised and reflective living showcase of academic, professional, and personal achievements. It supports the development of graduate attributes and innovative forms of assessment. Through it’s integration with Loop it provides a streamlined process to manage, review, grade and feedback on student work.
To set up a Loop Reflect assignment in Loop, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your module in Loop and Turn Editing On
- Click on Add Activity or Resource and select Assignment
- Set up the assignment as normal by adding in Assignment Name, Description and Availability
- Scroll down to Submission Types (below) and check the box for Loop Reflect and uncheck File Submissions
- Save assignment as normal
