Advance HE Senior Fellow 2020

In January 2020, I was delighted to receive recognition from Advance HE (formerly the Higher Education Academy) as a Senior Fellow (SFHEA). Fellowship demonstrates a personal and institutional commitment to professionalism in learning and teaching in higher education. Advance HE subsequently invited me to write a blog post of my journey to Senior Fellow to share my insights on the process. Within DCU I am now an advocate for Fellowship and I have designed and led a supported journey to Fellowship for DCU staff. To date, I have supported over 40 staff achieve this international recognition of teaching excellence.
